UL LISTED Heavy Duty Door Closer is a Perfect solution for Medium to high traffic entrances and doorways. This model is the most popular on storefronts, but can be used in a variety of different application such as factories, schools, offices, restaurants, and other public spaces. SPECIFICATIONS: This door closer weighs 12.6 pounds.

Its screw/bolt pattern is 5" c-c wide and 2-1/4" c-c high. It has a footprint height of 3-1/2" (89 mm) and a weight of 12-1/4" (311 mm). This automatic door closer projection is 2-1/4 (57 mm).

It can deliver a fixed spring force #1-6 of 2-14 pounds or more of closing force. INSTALLATION: Every pack of commercial door closer we provide contains all the necessary hardware, such as brackets and soffit plate, for installation using any of the three mounting types. The mounting options for our surface-mounted door closer are regular arm mounting (most power-efficient), top jamb mounting (fairly power-efficient), and parallel arm mounting (with 25% less power efficiency than the other two options).
