This includes carbon-nitrogen saturation, quench hardening and tempering resulting in a physically powerful material resistance to cutting, drilling, smashing and extraction. The shackle is dead-bolted with stainless steel balls and a special hardened security case protects the locking cylinder. The Zircon range is highly resistive to corrosion and can be used in severe weather conditions.
