Grade 1 Heavy-Duty Electric Strike. Designed for installation in hollow metal frames with Grade 1 cylindrical and mortise locksets with up to 3/4" (19 mm) throw latch bolts and 1" deadbolts (25 mm). For use on fire-rated and non-fire-rated doors (fail-safe is not permitted on fire-rated doors). New construction and retrofit applications. ANSI A156.31 compliant, Grade 1. UL - 1034 Burglary Resistant (interior use application). 3H Fire-Rated, 4' x 8' door. CAN 4-5104 (Fail Secure Only). UL tested 1,500 lbs. Factory tested 2,500 lbs. Retrofits existing ANSI 4-7/8 (124 mm) strike prep - no centerline relocation. Internally mounted solenoid, no heat in keeper. Fail secure standard; field reversible to fail-safe.
