Bernina 640 Heavy Duty Commercial Sewing Machine. I made this portable by installing Bernina motor.

Super clean and super heavy duty. I totally restored and rebuilt this machine. 1- completely washing and cleaning machine. 2- replacing nonworking or broken parts. 3- replacing cam gears if needed.

4- replacing old and cracked motor belts. 5- refurbishing the motor and foot pedals.

6- adjust timings to factors specifications. 7- applying touch up paints to remove scratches. 8- full service including lubrication.

I select old style Elna, Bernina, Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking sewing machines and refurbish them meticulously. I replace old plastic broken gears with new ones and I totally service each machine including oiling, greasing, setting timing, and cleaning. These machines are the best all metal Bernina. Just oil it and it will last forever.

You don't need bulky sewing table and motor to run this machine. Portable commercial Bernina with lots of power.
